Pre-flight (ground crew first)
Ground crew should load luggage and prep the aircraft while the pilot runs cockpit checks. Without ground crew the taxi is delayed and the cabin never gets the pre-flight brief.
Taxi and take-off
Pilot brings throttle up on SHIFT, releases brakes, and pitches up (W) once airspeed is safe. Co-pilot calls out V-speeds and watches for traffic.
In-flight chaos
Cabin crew is the buffer for everything that goes wrong: turbulence events, spilled drinks, passenger complaints, surprise weather. Hold everything together and pass real emergencies to the pilot via callouts.
Descent and landing
Co-pilot calls the descent checklist. Pilot reduces throttle on CTRL, pitches down on S, and configures gear and flaps for the active runway. Cabin crew secures the cabin before touchdown.
